What was your favorite thing about the trip?
  Being with our two newly-wed friends and just relaxing without a care in the world. The beach/sea was amazing. I loved the daily activities they had to keep everyone entertained. The food was great and the spa was amazing. I don’t have anything bad to say!
Were there any service issues we should be aware of?
  Not that I can think of.

What was your favorite thing about the trip?
  My favorite thing about our trip was the complete sense of relaxation that set in once we arrived in paradise. The extremely nice staff kept telling us we were home, and we believed them!

We loved the activities that were included with the trip, so we could have lots of fun and not worry about paying anything additional. The snorkeling in the reef just off shore was simply amazing, and we had lots of fun on the cruise to swim in the caves.

The food was delicious, and drinks kept us relaxed all week!
Were there any service issues we should be aware of?
  Everything was great!

  Among the many things my wife and I enjoyed, I would have to say our favorite part of the trip was the friendliness of the resort staff. Everyone was so kind and determined to show us a wonderful time that was both relaxing and exciting.

What was your favorite thing about the trip?
El Dorado Royale Casitas is a gorgeous resort. Everything was amazing from the service to the food to the people. Anything we needed was taken care of quickly and with much attention to detail. The food is gourmet and amazing, with so many different restaurants and options to choose from we had something different everyday and it was all fantasic! We had a destination wedding at this resort and the pictures are beautiful :)
Were there any service issues we should be aware of?
We had no notable issues with anything…

Laura was a great help in every aspect of planning our destination wedding/honeymoon! She was great at answering any questions we had and made sure that every accomodation was set up for us. She even called us at the resort to make sure everything was going well! Great great service :)

What was your favorite thing about the trip?
  We really enjoyed our own individual Casita. We were very close to the beach and the pool and bar were right next to us. All inclusive with adults only was great and made our week much more enjoyable. We thoroughly enjoyed all of the workers at the resort and they were all very friendly and were willing to do anything to make our honeymoon perfect.
Were there any service issues we should be aware of?
  Everything was great.

  She helped us deal with US Airways when they were unwilling to help us. We would have missed an entire day of our honeymoon if we did not have Laura as our agent.

What was your favorite thing about the trip?
  The beaches were amazing! We loved all of the included water activities, like kayaking, paddle boarding, etc. We loved the food and different restaurants at the resort.
Were there any service issues we should be aware of?
  Our room was not a deluxe ocean view. I don’t believe we paid more for it though.
The hotel workers were not as friendly as we remembered when we went to Ocho Rios.
The reggae cruise was fun! We went to the early one (at 10 am) so there were only 6 total people. If someone is looking for the rowdy, tons of people, booze cruise they should go to the cruise that is later in the day. This one was actually perfect for us though.
Overall, it was a fabulous trip. It’s an older hotel, so it’s not as clean as other resorts we have stayed at before but we loved it.

A great trip to Belize!

  The tour was very casual and laid back. there were no set schedules and everything was flexible. Was more like camping with friends as opposed to being on a tour.

What was your favorite thing about the trip?
My favorite thing was Laura and how amazing she was. Even when I was calling her the day before we were suppose to leave with the real possiblity that we wouldn’t be able to go. Her calmness and professionalism was amazing when I was falling apart about not being able to go. My favorite thing about the resort was having all the family together for a wedding. Everyone enjoyed themselves imensely and seemed to take advantage of all the resort had to offer. I know the parents kept saying it was a once in a lifetime trip and that they had a most amazing time. While the preferred club rooms are the same as the non preferred club and the snacks are absolutely nothing to write home about, it was worth it to me due to the fact it was a great deal quieter and less crowded on the preferred side. Thanks Laura for pointing me to it.
Were there any service issues we should be aware of?
The only complaint was the return shuttle driver was demanding of a tip. Of course he should get a tip, but to be so ingracious to come over the speaker and demand it was not good. Nor did he assist with the luggage once at the airport. I do know that this was unique to this particular driver as all other experiences with JTL were significantly better by everyone in my part.

Reason for your response
Laura was simply fabulous. Amazingly patient when I couldn’t make a decision and was being fussy about little stuff while picking the resort. She was great with the worry wart of my party, also known as my mother, and let me know when a last minute switcharoo was attempted by my sister-in-law that would have cost me over a thousand dollars. She was calm, professional and reassuring when I thought the trip was going to implode and not happen the day before we were set to leave. I would not only recommend her services to someone else, I have full intentions of booking more trips through her and will suggest her to anyone who is in need of travel agent services.
