Most interesting or unique trip I’ve worked on:
That’s a tough one! I’ve planned a dude ranch honeymoon. I had a groom who was a huge racing fan, and we found a winery owned by one of his favorite race car drivers and included it in his wine country honeymoon tour. I had a couple that was torn between two terrific islands, so rather than making them choose just one, I found a way for them to see them both and still stay within their budget.

Most interesting or unique trip I’ve worked on:
My specialty is finding experiences that are a little more off the beaten path – shark diving in the South Pacific, tickets to descend under St. Peters Basilica to visit the remnants of a Roman Necropolis. I have also developed an extensive list of private guides around the world that provide a much more in-depth, customized, once in a lifetime touring experience. {Read More} {Contact Barb}

Most interesting or unique trip I’ve worked on:
I had a client that got married in Tuscany. I set them up with a wedding planner that specializes in that area, and they traveled on their own in Italy for another 2 weeks.

Most interesting or unique trip I’ve worked on:
This would probably be my own trip to Italy. It was my first time to Europe and with so much culture I wanted to make sure I made the best use of my time there without over-extending myself and becoming too busy to enjoy it. It was a great trip with the contrast between Rome, Naples and Pompeii which was quite busy to a week on the Isle of Capri which was very romantic and relaxed. Definitely a memorable trip!

I had a couple that wanted a honeymoon to last a lifetime. First they spent 2 nights in Los Angeles, 3 nights in Fiji at the Taunovo Bay Resort & Spa. From there they flew to New Zealand, then onward to Australia, then back home again. {Read More} {Contact Anna}

Best Travel Tip: Enjoy every moment of your trip. Taste the food. Talk to the locals. Buy an umbrella and walk in the rain. Whatever you do on your trip, let it be something that will draw you back once you are home.

Given a Choice, Where Would I Travel Next
Yes, I have seen much of the world already, but that list will keep growing. Given a choice, I would probably take a safari with Abercrombie & Kent (one of our preferred suppliers) throughout South Africa. I have so many other destinations that are high on my list as well including climbing to the lost city of the Inca’s Machu Picchu, exploring Antarctica, diving the Great Barrier Reef in Australia and the list goes on.

If I had $10,000 to travel anywhere in the world:
I would love to spend time in Eastern Europe or go the other way around the globe and visit Thailand, Cambodia, and Vietnam.

If I had $10,000 where would I travel next?
You would think all Caribbean islands are the same would you not? No. And, to make it more interesting, the feelings of competition about which island in the Caribbean has the best beaches or the best service etc., create a great rivalry among islanders.
