“My goal was to have help planning a honeymoon that would be memorable and different, and this was met! Bernie was amazing in helping us plan items that were specifically tailored to what we liked, and took care of all of the planning that would have otherwise been a lot of added stress during an already stressful time.” Veronica May 2019

Favorite honeymoon destination: Europe for its romantic atmosphere, rich history, amazing architecture, and wonderful food.
Most interesting or unique trip I’ve worked on: This would probably be my own honeymoon. My husband and I decided to start by going to Oktoberfest in Munich, Germany. Following that, we enjoyed some time in the Czech Republic before returning to Germany to travel around the country. In between sightseeing in large cities, admiring picturesque villages, riding on trains, and driving the Autobahn, we also managed to meet and stay with some relatives whom my father-in-law found via genealogy research just a few years earlier. The experiences we had attending a local football (soccer) match and visiting their homes remain some of our most treasured memories from the honeymoon.
Best travel tip: When traveling to a country where English is not the primary language, always try to learn a few key words and phrases in the local language. This gesture will be greatly appreciated by the locals. You might even start a dialogue with someone that goes far beyond asking how much something costs or where the nearest taxi stand is located.
If I had $10,000 to travel anywhere in the world: I would love to spend time in Eastern Europe (Russia, Poland, Bulgaria, and Romania) or go the other way around the globe and visit Thailand, Cambodia, and Vietnam.
Bliss-ism: Take time to step off the beaten path and explore some of the side streets. Travel is about taking in everything around you, not just checking off a list of sites to be photographed.
