This Customer Code Of Conduct outlines the standards of behavior you can expect from us and in turn, the standards of behavior we expect from our clients.
While you’re a client of Bliss Honeymoons, you can expect the following:
- We will always treat you with fairness, integrity, and respect.
- Will will always comply with the terms of our agreement with you.
- We will be respectful of the many different values, beliefs, cultures, and religions of our clients.
- Will will communicate with you in a timely manner as is possible, and explain our processes and decisions in a way that is understandable.
- All of our interactions will be open, transparent, and governed by the standard ethics and policies in our industry.
- We will always advocate on your behalf, and work diligently to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
In return, we expect the following behaviors from our clients:
- You will comply with the terms of your agreement with us.
- No form of harassment, bullying, discrimination, or threatening, abusive language will be tolerated towards our staff or service providers.
- You will treat everyone with patience, fairness, and dignity.
- You will treat others as you’d want to be treated. If you have questions or don’t understand something, you’ll seek understanding and resolutions from a place of respect.
- We reserve the right to refuse to do business with anyone who is abusive to our team.
