| El Dorado is absolutely beautiful and our swim up suite was amazing! The staff is very friendly. Everytime you walked by a staff member you would hear them say, hola! My husband & I would have to pick the couples massage on the beach as one of our favorite things about our trip. It was so relaxing 🙂 | |
| Were there any service issues we should be aware of? | |
| The only thing my husband & I had a problem with was on the very last night at the candle light dinner on the beach a guy from a photography company was going around taking pictures of couples and he advised us since it was our honeymoon we had qualified for him to take us around the resort to take our pictutes together. That was free, but we had to pay for the pictures if we wanted them. I really wish we was informed about this because, my husband & I are not the type to ask other people/couples to take our picture. With that being said, we only have 1 picture of us together and that’s only because we asked our server at dinner one night. | |

| Bernie was wonderful to work with! My husband & I had many questions for her and she would always answer our questions very prompt. Also, I was very nervous about flying and Bernie would reassure me that everything would be ok! | |
