What was your favorite thing about this trip? Was there a meal or a staff member that made the trip really memorable?
Driving around the country and seeing all the different landscapes was amazing! Part of our wanting to go to Iceland was to experience the nature and that we did! The Stracta Hotel in Hella was our favorite. It was a comfortable room and the breakfast was great each morning. In Reykjavik we did a food tour and it was a lot of fun to try traditional Icelandic food with other travelers.

We worked with Naomi (she isn’t listed above) but she was fantastic! She was great with our budget and helped us plan just the right amount. Meeting with her right before our trip was great too as she was organized with all our documents, voucher, and maps. We would give Naomi a 10!
What was your goal in hiring a travel consultant with your trip? Did we help you reach that goal?
While planning our wedding, planning a honeymoon became overwhelming trying to do it our selves. We worked with Naomi and gave her our budget and where we wanted to go (Iceland) and she helped us plan just what we needed (flights, hotels, and rental car) She gave us great suggestions on places to check out, made us a Google map and was super organized with all our travel documents.
Was this your first experience working with a travel agency? If so, are you likely to engage our services again?
It was our first time and I think we would reach out again with help on a future trip. It was a great help while planning our wedding so we weren’t overwhelmed with planning a trip too.
