| What was your favorite thing about this trip? Was there a meal or a staff member that made the trip really memorable? * | All of it! It was so well planned and organized, you really under estimate the importance of transfers, especially when traveling to several cities in one vacation. The hotels were perfect, all had AC and wifi and were exactly what we wanted! |
| Were there any issues that came up during your trip that we should be aware of? Is there any feedback you would like us to pass along to the hotel or resort? * | The only issue we had was finding the Rina Rooms in Vernazza. We were told they were located on Via Ettoria and we never found that street. We would recommend that you inform future guests to look for Via Vernazza after the pizza place, the name we were given wasn’t even registering with locals. Not an issue but we attempted to switch our train tickets to Milan for the earlier trip and you can’t because the tickets were “done abroad” so we just ended up buying the earlier trip anyway. The guy said there was nothing he could do about it. |

10! We had a lot of questions and were back and forth on a lot of stuff and she was really helpful and patient with us. We even contacted her from Cinque Terre to have her help us switch back to an original plan, how annoying! We thought she did a great job picking out hotels and travel times for us to make our trip awesome. |
| Was this your first experience working with a travel agency? If so, are you likely to engage our services again? * | Yes, and we would love to! This trip was an expensive one for us but when we do get back to Europe we will be calling. |
| Some couples have such a great time on their honeymoon that they decide to return on their anniversary. Would you like your agent to look into return trip promos for you? * | · We probably won’t travel next year. 🙁 |
