| Bali had an amazing mix of engaging activities to participate it, culture to absorb, and a relaxed atmosphere. It felt like every type of vacation you would want wrapped up into one. | |

| Beyond compare. I went to Indonesia knowing nothing about their food and left with it being my favorite type of ethnic food, hands down. The flavors are bold and exciting, with light and extremely fresh ingredients. It probably caters to the slightly more adventurous eat, but if that is you, you will not be disappointed. Our penultimate meal was at a new restaurant in Seminyak called Bambu, and this restaurant must be considered in the top 5 restaurants that I have eaten at all time (and I have been to some 2-3 star michelin restaurants in Spain, France, NYC, etc.). To boot, it is incredibly cheap for the food quality, for example most entrees were $15-20. The experience was so good that we returned the following night! | |
