| What was your favorite thing about this trip? Was there a meal or a staff member that made the trip really memorable? | Our favorite thing was our room and the swim-up suite. We were very well taken care of by Jorge, the pool/cabana server, working the 3000 casitas the week of 9/24-10/1. Our bartenders were also fantastic. We really enjoyed D’Italia Casitas and visited twice to see Silverio – he was the best! |
| Were there any issues that came up during your trip that we should be aware of? Is there any feedback you would like us to pass along to the hotel or resort? | We had an issue getting our wine credit. The resort claimed it wasn’t in the system. We contacted Kyle at Bliss and he was able to get it straightened out for us.
As far as the resort goes, our refrigerator didn’t work and we had inconsistent housekeeping in our room. Some days they came, some days they replaced pool towels, others they didn’t. |
