Destination Wedding Preview Trip

One of the most challenging things about planning a destination wedding is that you’ve most likely never been to the hotel you’re considering for your event.

But what if you could go to Riviera Maya, see several hotels, meet the wedding coordinators, and try the food before making your decision? 

Now you can!

Join us  in Riviera Maya for our destination wedding planning event!

During this three day weekend you’ll get to explore wedding package options, meet with the wedding coordinators, see the wedding venues, try the food, and more! 

We’ll be taking you on the insider tour-the same tours that our travel agents take during training, to see what your destination wedding will really be like! No more spending hours online and hoping that’s it’s as good as you’ll hope it will be. You’ll see the hotels before booking your wedding date! 

Even if you’re not 100% sure that you can make the trip, and you just want to get more info, please fill out the R.S.V. P. form. This will give us all the information we need to give you an accurate rate.

Step 2: Submit your passport information and a deposit of $250.00 per person.

Step 3: Submit your final payment no later than 45 days before departure.

Please note! We need a minimum of 5 couples to make this trip. If we do not have enough couples for your preferred date, we’ll let you know what other options we have.

 A valid US Passport is required for this trip! It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure that they have a valid passport. Most destinations do require that you have 6 months left before your expiration date at time of travel.

Wednesday: Couples arrive. Welcome dinner with Laura, Lindsay & Chanel

Thursday: Hotel tours start! Be in the lobby by 9:00 AM. Wear comfortable shoes and grab a bottle of water from your room before we depart. Lunch is included.

Friday: We’ll be touring four more amazing hotels today, departing again at 9:00 AM. Lunch is included. Please remember to wear sunscreen!

Saturday: Free day! Relax and enjoy the resort. If there is a hotel that was not included in the tour that you’d like to see, we’ll arrange a tour.

Sunday: Guests depart

This trip will give you an amazing opportunity to preview some of the best options for your destination wedding! This includes:

• Tour of 4 adults only, all-inclusive hotels
• Tour of 4 family-friendly, all-inclusive hotels
• Preview of wedding locations
• Intro to wedding coordinators
• Detailed wedding package options

Our host hotel is also all-inclusive! So most meals & drinks are included as well! 

Rates are per person based on double occupancy. 

Rates include hotel, transfers, and trip insurance.

Airfare is additional.

At Bliss Honeymoons we have access to both the same published fares that you see online, as well as contracted rates.

Unless you have points that allow you to fly for free, there is really no benefit to booking your own airfare. If you book your air independently, your flights will not be covered under the cancel for any reason protection. So you would have to purchase a second policy to cover your air. If you really want to book your own flights, you are free to do so. But we do not mark up air, and are able to save you a little bit of money by including it in the package.

Please note that we do not have international air on Spirit or Southwest for this group.

You’re welcome to book your flights independently if you’d like!

Cancel For Any Reason Trip Protection:

Because most medical insurance policies do not offer coverage outside the United States, we do not recommend traveling without insurance. Our trip insurance covers trip delay, trip cancellation, some medical coverage, lost luggage and more. Our insurance allows you to cancel for any reason and receive a full refund, even on non-refundable published airfare. Please ask us for more details.

If you book your air independently, we do offer a policy that will cover both your land and air. Please ask us for more info.
