Seamless Check-In

Forget waiting until 3:00 PM to check into your room. At Secrets Impressions, there’s no set check-in or check-out time. Our room was ready upon arrival, and our luggage followed shortly. This flexibility was a game-changer, setting a tone of relaxation right from the start.

Our Oceanview Jr. Suite was breathtaking. The turquoise waters stretched endlessly before us, creating a stunning backdrop. The bathroom was beautifully designed and spacious. While the high-hung mirror posed a challenge for my 5-foot-tall frame (I could only see the top of my head), the countertop magnifying mirror came to the rescue. Small quirks aside, it was a luxurious space.

Steps and Accessibility: The resort features many stairs—about 50 from the lobby to the restaurants and another 20 to the beach. While there’s an elevator to the rooms, most dining and beach areas require navigating stairs. This could pose challenges for those with mobility issues.
Boat Transfers: The resort’s boat transfer runs every hour, with trips to the hotel on even hours and returns on odd hours. While convenient, the schedule may require early departures. For example, we had to take the 9:00 AM boat for a 2:00 PM flight. A public ferry option is available but requires extra planning.
