| One of the truly unique things about Zoetry was having a personal concierge for the trip and he was great. We worked with Juan Escaño at the Zoetry Agua Punta Cana resort and he found a way to make each day special through meals/experiences he set up for us and just checking in on us throughout the day. The service in general from all employees was top notch and they truly made you feel like you were somewhere special. Our favorite meal was a paella lunch that Juan set up for us special on the beach at no additional charge. The food in general was terrific here, in particular their selection of seafood and extensive menus, even at breakfast and lunch. | |

| Were there any issues that came up during your trip that we should be aware of? Is there any feedback you would like us to pass along to the hotel or resort? | No issues at all. Just one thing we thought could be nice was to play some popular music by the pool that had the swim-up bar. |

It was definitely a 10. We went through 3 different presentations of about 5 resorts each until we made our final decision. Often times we’d ask questions intermittently along the way and he always found an answer for us. |
| What was your goal in hiring a travel consultant with your trip? Did we help you reach that goal? | We wanted to know about the things you couldn’t necessarily see on websites from someone who had been there. Some big things that were important to us were the beach layout, service on the beach, not needing reservations for dinner and the quality of the food and Kyle couldn’t have picked a better place for us to accomplish all of that. |
